On May 23, 2025, Atlantis Dubai set a new culinary benchmark by earning a total of six Michelin stars in the fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai. This achievement makes it the most decorated dining destination in the Middle East.
Three stars were awarded to FZN by Björn Frantzén, which opened in November 2024 at Atlantis, The Palm. With this recognition, chef Björn Frantzén becomes the only chef in the world to operate three restaurants simultaneously, each with three Michelin stars.
The remaining stars were distributed among Ossiano, Hakkasan Dubai, and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, each retaining their single-star status. These restaurants are located at Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal.
In addition, Nobu Dubai, Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, estiatorio Milos, and La Mar by Gastón Acurio received honorable mentions in the 2025 guide. A new venue, Studio Frantzén, has also been announced by the acclaimed chef.
Paul Baker, President of Atlantis Dubai, stated: “Having four Michelin-starred restaurants with a combined total of six stars is a true testament to our commitment to world-class gastronomy.”
