Trump Adviser: Colorado Attacker Got Visa Under Biden

Stephen Miller, a senior adviser to U.S. President Donald Trump, stated that Mohamed Sabry Soliman—the suspect in the attack on demonstrators supporting Israeli hostages in Colorado—was unlawfully residing in the United States. According to Miller, Soliman entered the country on a tourist visa during former President Joe Biden’s term, and the visa has long since expired.

In a post on social media platform X, Miller wrote: “He remained in the country illegally even after his visa expired, and in response, the Biden administration granted him a work permit.” He added, “We must end this suicidal immigration policy.”

It was earlier confirmed that Soliman is an Egyptian national who entered the U.S. in August 2022 on a B1/B2 visa, which expired in February 2023. Despite this, he was granted a work permit valid through March 2025.

On June 1, Soliman attacked participants of the peaceful Run for Their Lives rally in Boulder, Colorado, using Molotov cocktails. Six people were injured, and one woman remains in critical condition. The incident is being investigated as a terrorist act and a hate crime.
