The VeroVistas project, located in Buena Vista, Colorado, comprises a pair of residential houses created with COBOD’s BOD2 construction 3D printer. One of the houses was erected in only 16 days, showcasing the impressive potential of this technology.
The project was carried out by VeroTouch in collaboration with developer South Main. Each 102-square-meter house is made from A1-class concrete, providing maximum fire resistance and making the buildings especially valuable in regions prone to wildfires. According to the developers, these structures can serve for more than a century.
Inside, the houses feature two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering spacious and comfortable living. One home retains the ribbed texture typical of 3D printing, while the other has a traditional-style finish.
Each house costs $625,000, which aligns with the average housing price in Colorado’s mountain regions. In the future, VeroTouch plans to construct 32 more similar homes in the state.
