A passenger plane in Norway was diverted during a flight due to an unidentified drone.
This was reported by the publication NRK.
The Norwegian Air flight departed from Oslo and was heading to Bardufoss. Due to the drone, the airport had to be temporarily closed.
According to Flightradar, the aircraft turned around at 8:47 PM on September 28. Another flight departed the airport at 9:15 PM.
Notably, drones were sighted on the same day over a no-fly zone for unmanned aircraft near Brønnøysund Airport in Nordland.
Due to the incident, one plane was redirected to a different airport. The day before, drones were recorded flying over the Ørland military airbase in Norway.
