Dubai International Airport launches baggage delivery service

On May 23, 2025, Dubai International Airport (DXB) introduced a new service that allows passengers to have their luggage delivered directly to their hotel or residence, eliminating the need to wait at baggage claim. The initiative is launched in collaboration with marhaba and DUBZ, companies specializing in logistics and smart baggage handling.

The ‘Land and Leave’ service enables arriving passengers to completely bypass baggage claim. Their luggage is delivered to a specified address within a few hours of landing. Departing passengers can use the ‘Check-In Anywhere’ service, which allows for offsite check-in and baggage drop-off from home, office, or hotel.

A same-day baggage storage and delivery service is also offered, which is especially convenient for travelers with early hotel check-outs or long layovers. All services can be booked online via marhabaservices.com.

According to Jaffar Dawood, Senior Vice President of Airport Operations at dnata UAE, the new services are designed to simplify travel for families and business travelers by eliminating extra steps and saving valuable time.
