Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, delivered a sharp statement during a UN Security Council session amid a large-scale missile attack on Israel by Iran.
“At this very hour, Iran is launching hundreds of ballistic missiles at population centers in Israel,” Danon told the council. “Ask yourselves—what would happen if Iran had a nuclear bomb today?”
Danon criticized the international community for what he described as ongoing “talks” while Israel is forced to take action. “While you continue to talk, we will continue to act,” he declared.
His remarks came as tensions in the Middle East escalate sharply, with growing concerns over Iran’s military capabilities and intentions.
