The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have intensified their military campaign in the Gaza Strip, issuing evacuation warnings to civilians in several areas. IDF spokesperson Avichay Adraee specifically called on residents of eastern Gaza City—including the neighborhoods of Shuja’iyya, Tuffah, and Zeitoun—to leave immediately and move toward safer western zones of the city.
According to the IDF, the move is part of an ongoing effort to dismantle the military infrastructure of terrorist groups operating in the enclave. Adraee warned that anyone remaining in homes, tents, or shelters in these designated areas is putting themselves in immediate danger.
The warning was issued with an accompanying map, detailing the areas that residents are urged to evacuate. The IDF says the operation will continue to intensify over the coming days.
