The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Iran’s territorial integrity and sovereignty were violated as a result of an Israeli attack. According to official reports, strikes hit residential areas in several cities, with casualties including ‘respected and patriotic citizens’.
The ministry stated: ‘This is an unforgivable crime by the Zionist regime. Iran’s security forces will not hesitate to defend the country.’
The statement also warned that Israel will bear the consequences of its actions and called on the international community for immediate condemnation.
Additionally, the ministry accused the United States of complicity: ‘The Zionist regime’s aggressive actions could not have been carried out without coordination and approval from the United States. The American government, as the main supporter of this regime, is also responsible for the consequences and implications of this adventure.’
